  • Utilise multiple messaging tools e.g. push notifications, email, SMS, in-app notifications, with the focus on increased engagement.
  • Responsible for the validation, delivery and management of all messaging tools across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with other product managers on the team and business stakeholders to integrate messaging into their product experiences.
  • Responsible for structuring and executing focused analysis to optimise user segmentation and viewing as well as monetization through messaging.
  • Own and analyse messaging click-through rates and conversions and proactively identify and collaborate with key business stakeholders to implement optimisations to the user experience.
  • Use a rigorous, a/b testing approach to find out what works, continuously experimenting with new messages and platforms across all our devices.


  • Able to work independently and able to work within a team
  • Team player with experience working with technology, marketing, and creative staff in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Self-starter with good time management and problem solving skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Background in Marketing / Research / Analysis especially in Email or Mobile Marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tools including Adobe Campaign and other multivariate marketing platforms
  • Knowing SQL is a plus
