You will be the conduit between our Research and Insights Team and our customers for upcoming research projects
You will be on the "front line" interacting with customers to help them give us critical feedback to help us improve our products and services for them
You will mine our customer database to ensure we speak to an accurate cross-section of customers to ensure we have representative voices providing insight into how we can better meet their needs and improve their daily lives
You will reach out to and communicate with our customers via email, SMS, chat, and phone to ask for their participation in research
You will inform our customers about the opportunities available to provide feedback and invite them to do so.
You will make sure customers receive invitations that include accurate information about scheduling, requirements, participation incentives, and contractual obligations.
You will liaise with your colleagues to ensure that their briefs are fulfilled in a timely, accurate and professional manner
You will manage the schedule for internal recruitment and sync it with our schedule for research projects
You will manage a budget based on
Work experience: 1-3 years work experience
Preferences for those with basic SQL query skills
Preference for Research Industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone/in person
