• You will be the conduit between our Research and Insights Team and our customers for upcoming research projects
  • You will be on the "front line" interacting with customers to help them give us critical feedback to help us improve our products and services for them
  • You will mine our customer database to ensure we speak to an accurate cross-section of customers to ensure we have representative voices providing insight into how we can better meet their needs and improve their daily lives
  • You will reach out to and communicate with our customers via email, SMS, chat, and phone to ask for their participation in research
  • You will inform our customers about the opportunities available to provide feedback and invite them to do so.
  • You will make sure customers receive invitations that include accurate information about scheduling, requirements, participation incentives, and contractual obligations.
  • You will liaise with your colleagues to ensure that their briefs are fulfilled in a timely, accurate and professional manner
