We are looking for Systems Engineers to build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. This role is based in our CBD office in Singapore.
Get to know the Role:
You will be part of a talented team of IT engineers, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest level of availability of our internal tools - from dashboard monitoring and actions, to configuration and fine tuning. You will be the point of contact for incident responses - dealing with alerts and outstanding items on dashboard, and reporting of incident reports, and post-mortem. You will look through and manage policies - including creating, reviewing, updating and managing endpoint policies. You constantly look to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention by writing and maintaining custom scripts, manage APIs and workflow automation. As the 2nd and 3rd level support you will provide assistance for escalations from IT support team and liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution when needed.
The must haves:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux in a NON-AD environment and various SaaS platforms.
IT Operation savvy, able to handle incidents, outages and maintenances by exercising ITIL framework.
Solid cloud operation experience. AWS prefered.
Experience with REST / RESTful APIs and SSO ( SAML 2.0, oAuth etc).
Experience with monitoring - Amazon Cloudwatch; Configuration management systems - Chef / Jenkins / Puppet.
Solid networking knowledge.
