Lazada’s product team is one of the key drivers of growth, seller stream plays a very important role in terms of building the business model, and creating the working station for merchant.The mission and value of the team is to empower sellers to do their business in SEA, with strategic support from a strong yet simple platform.We are looking for OPS talents with deep understanding of the SEA market(Assortment, merchant, traffic) , and product talents with strong business perspective and deep understanding of business behaviors.Roles and Responsibilities:• Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverable and presentations.• Continuously improve the quality and automate dashboards
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business Analytics or Business Information Systems• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc)• Experience in working with R or Python is a plus• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, JMP, SPSS, SAS etc)• Highly energetic, independent & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.• 2/3 years of relevant work experience in data analyst, with knowledge of marketplace operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain or last-mile delivery preferably • Good knowledge and understanding of logistics industry and practices, working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company is a plus• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives to meet deadlines.• Singaporeans only
