Job Description

As the HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for rebuilding the global HRIS function within Traveloka. Partnering with HR teams during global system and process implementation, you will be responsible to maintain system and process governance and drive user engagement through a robust communications and training strategy.

Naturally, you will be expected to liaise with your HR colleagues within the region to understand current business priorities, set HRIS priorities and drive HRIS support to ensure it represents the needs of their regions’ business community. You will be working in a global team environment, you will need to familiariaze with the challenges involved including some traveling will be expected.

 

Accountabilities

  • Driving and owning the development and roll-out of global processes and system governance, as well as systems integration of all HR functions, HRIS testing requirements for change requests and upgrades, and training delivery strategy. This includes 3rd party vendor management.

  • Key point of contact for all HR functions during HRIS implementation and providing ongoing support for HR functions after roll out. You will be our HRIS SME in providing support for HR and employee queries.

  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of user engagement within all functions including both business and HR users

  • You will also be responsible for system upgrades and enhancement/changes, module implementations and roll-out assistance – including testing, trainings, and communications/socializations for region as required.

  • Liaison for new frontiers within region. Work with Business Analysts/HR Analysts to gather requirements. This will include business changes – work with HR to transition HR and business to new, effective ways of working.

Qualifications

  • At minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HRIS managerial or senior analyst role.

  • Due to the scale, we would want those who have successfully delivered large scale HRIS system implementations and rollouts, Workday preferred

  • Deep understanding and experience of HR operations. Strong HRIS reporting skills required

  • Delivery oriented and determined to identify solutions and be prepared to overcome obstacles to follow through plans to completion. However, because your domain includes delicate processes and highly regulated areas you still need to be process focused and detail oriented.

  • Proven ability to develop strong business partnership relationships and influence decision making process. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience of presenting/training on a 1:1 basis and to groups

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Both in written and verbal.
