Implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate Tests to provide in-depth insights to the Platform team on the test data and understanding of GO-JEK ecosystem drivers' effects;
Detail the framework of experiments to define the most important variables for engagement and incremental transactions for Shuffle, a Platform product that shows dynamic and configurable cards on different product screens;
Performing retroactive analysis of new features to evaluate their impact on GO-JEK's North Star Metrics;
Determine the proper metrics for tracking current and future experiments;
Develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance;
Present findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decisions;
Use tools such as in-app event streams, R, Python, BigQuery, BigTable, and more to work efficiently at scale.
BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience;
Minimum 2 years of analytical and database experience;
Strong SQL skills;
Familiar with either R ot Python (Mandatory);
Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau etc.);
Strong data visualization skills;
Balance attention to detail with swift execution;
Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team;
Ability to do at least simple statistical analysis to gather insights about customer behavior and find growth hacking opportunity (i.e. RFM, Memory Based Reasoning, Network Analysis, NLP, Sentiment Analysis, Optimization Analysis, etc).
