As a Jr. Manager, Intelligent Spend, you will be driving one of GO-JEK’s core investment areas, Driver Incentives. Intelligent Spend Team (embedded within Marketplace) is responsible for overall management of driver incentives budget, strategy, and execution. Intelligent Spend Team continuously runs experiments and identifies new methods of managing and executing driver incentives to improve spend efficiency, ensuring that each dollar spend is invested with the right offers for the right drivers at the right time and place to meet company objectives.

  • Ownership - Directly oversees end-to-end driver incentives management for one (or more) of GO-JEK service offerings. At the same time, work hand-in-hand with Intelligent Spend Manager in managing overall company-wide driver incentives budget, strategy, and execution.

  • Analytics - Continuously monitor and analyze driver incentive metrics to ensure seamless execution and identify areas for improvement. Always use data driven approach to come up with new initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with data science, product, and business intelligence teams to improve driver incentives management ranging from testing new processes and tools to running experiments on new incentive models and algorithms.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, economics, or engineering
  • At minimum of 2 years of professional experiences with background from Startups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Fortune 500 Companies. Previous relevant industry experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to excel in a constantly-changing and rapidly growing work environment with minimum supervision
  • Data-driven decision mentality and strong analytical thinking.
  • Solid data management and spreadsheet skill; SQL, R, or Python proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
