Get to know the Role:This role helps drive understanding of we have been running our business and helps drive understanding of key changes we need to make to become more effective in the future. This would involve designing, setting up, and maintaining a series of automated reports and dashboards for the Grab Financial Group (both local and regional). It also involves, helping set up and execute small scale business experiments that provides insight on how the business can find ways of being more effective. This requires working closely with various teams within Grab (Product, Data, Engineering etc.) to understand data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data driven insights that are tailored and relevant to evolving marketing needs.
We are a team that aims to utilise data for business growth reinventing business models and developing data-driven products so as to increase customers’ satisfaction.
The day-to-day activities:
To identify new innovation opportunities and allows them to create strategies that will enhance business performance, grow market share, and build a competitive advantage for the company
