The Scope:As part of the Finance Systems/Applications team, this IT professional will support decision making process and financial accounting process in finance reporting developments, enhancements and maintenance. At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Problem solver with hands-on approach and strategic thinking. Accustomed to work in a busy and dynamic start-up environment.The day-to-day activities:

  • Systems/Applications implementation & enhancements- support team lead to coordinate all aspects of Finance and Procurement Applications projects including prioritisation, planning, management and execution of all project phases including design, development, support, deployment, support, deployment, support, deployment and effective integration of financial accounting systems.
  • Analyze & support systems change requests to ensure the business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business.
  • Review finance systems administration to ensure proper corporate governance over user access profiles & matrices.
  • Ensure that all products & services support the appropriate business processes and have the appropriate support and maintenance processes in place.
  • Manage software vendors’ deliverable and SLAs to provide effective resolution to issues/problems. Facilitate meetings with a “Win/Win” result.
  • Support the FP&A and Accounting teams in support of systems reports to manage and measure the business processes, month end reporting package, budget and forecast reporting.
  • Support the Regional and Country Procurement teams on matching Application's functionality to their day-to-day operations.
  • Work with regional IT support team to resolve any infrastructural or AWS related issues in rendering services to the finance community.
  • Monitor and configure network commodity requirements for system residing in the landscape of finance systems regionally.
  • L1/L2 support for regional financial systems.
  • Influence other functional areas of the business to achieve business objectives or key results.

The must haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems / Finance & Accounting or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • 5-6 years of working experience, preferably at least 1 year in Startup company.
  • Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud knowledge required.
  • ITIL knowledge / certified a plus.
  • Active Directory knowledge (On-Prem/Cloud) preferred.
  • BI system / SQL scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • SQL server management knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in establishing working relationship with all levels of management & financial executives in the region.
